Summary of Role:
Working within the Construction industry since the early 1980s, Dean developed an awareness of the health and safety issues involved in working in the construction industry. As a result, he decided to personally involve himself in the prevention of workplace hazards, developing policies to help reduce the risk of accidents.
In the late 90s Dean formalised the knowledge that he had acquired on site by attaining industry accredited qualifications in the practical application of health and safety. Dean is now involved in all areas of occupational Health and Safety, applying his knowledge in the Untied Kingdom and overseas.

The Wembley National Stadium During the construction of the new 92,000 seat Stadium at Wembley, Dean leads a team of Safety Advisers that have been involved in the planning of the Safety procedures throughout the duration of this very high profile project.
Managing the risks associated with the glazing of the structure and the safety of third parties at ground level.
Intel Plant, Reading – £70 million Dean was head of the Planning Supervisor Team for this multi million pound project.
Field Street Offices – £10 million Dean was head of the Planning Supervisor Team for this 14-storey new build extension project.
Dean was head of the Planning Supervisor Team for this 14-storey new build extension project. Dean was seconded to the project for eighteen months year.
Working with Brookfield to construct a 43 storey commercial structure Dean was seconded to the project for one year.
Dean has also overseen the Auditing, inspection and development of international projects in Abu Dhabi, Holland, Spain, France and Germany. | |
