NVQs in Care
Outline For those already working in the care sector. In order to achieve an NVQ in Care the candidate must be working (either paid or unpaid) in a care capacity, as much of the requirement involves observation of work practices. An agreement will need to be signed by the candidate’s employer stating that they agree to the assessor observing the candidate and that they will also support the candidate in completing their portfolio of evidence.
