Challenging Behaviour



This course follows the guidelines of The British Institute of Learning Disabilities and relates to the relevant Unit in the LDAF (Learning Disabilities Award Framework).

Using Physical Interventions

  • What is a physical intervention?
  • Emergency use of physical intervention 
  • Planned use of physical intervention
  • The implications of using physical intervention

Candidates are provided with a workbook that can be completed and used towards their NVQ if applicable.
