This course has been designed for delegates whose employment requires them to work in confined spaces and use Escape
Breathing Apparatus for safety purposes.The course will enable the student to demonstrate knowledge of the Confined Space Regulations 1997 and relevant procedures relating to using Escape Breathing Apparatus.
The course covers:
Knowledge of the physiology of breathing
Knowledge of Breathing Apparatus
A knowledge of atmospheric measuring instruments
Donning and Doffing Procedures
Dangers of Confined Spaces and relevant laws
Safe Systems of Work
Emergency procedures
